Gym & Tonic – Terms of Use and Agreement
1. Purpose and Acceptance of the Terms
The Customer confirms their acceptance of the terms by participating Gym & Tonic's services or by completing the payment.
By accepting these terms, a customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) enters into an agreement to participate in Gym & Tonic's services.
The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the activities.

3. Service Description
Gym & Tonic offers recreational, low-threshold activities and events to adults in the form of various sports clinics, leagues, and other community-based activities.
By making a purchase, the Customer gains access to the selected activities, according to service chosen.
4. Payment and Pricing
Purchases can be made directly through the online store, with payment processed via Shopify. Alternatively, purchase can be made by email, payment processed via invoice.
5. Confirmation and Access
Once payment is completed, the Customer receives confirmation by email. The access details, including schedules, locations, and participation instructions, are sent to the email provided.
Purchases are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Validity and Usage
The purchase is valid for the period specified during purchase (e.g., 2 months, seasonally, or per program).
Any unused sessions during the validity period are not refundable or extendable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
According to Chapter 6, Section 14, Subsection 1 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), the consumer has the right to withdraw from an off-premises or distance contract by informing the trader about this by means of submitting the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement no later than 14 days from the conclusion of the service contract or the contract for the electronic supply of digital content, in the case of a sales contract from the receipt of the goods or the last instalment of goods or, in the case of the regular delivery of goods, from the receipt of the first instalment of goods.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@gymtonic.fi.
8. Service Disruptions and Force Majeure
Ukonharju Oy is not liable for delays, cancellations, or indirect damages resulting from force majeure events, such as pandemic restrictions, weather disruptions, or other unforeseeable incidents.
9. Liability and Conduct
The Customer participates in all activities at their own risk and is responsible for acting respectfully and safely in all sessions. Ukonharju Oy reserves the right to cancel a purchase without refund in the case of serious misconduct or violation of rules.
10. Release of Liability
Ukonharju Oy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur to the Customer or the Customer’s property during participation in activities, events, or while using the facilities. By accepting these terms, the Customer expressly agrees to release Ukonharju Oy from any liability for such occurrences, except in cases where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Finnish law.
11. Data Protection
By registering, the Customer agrees to the use of their personal information in accordance with Ukonharju Oy’s privacy policy: https://gymtonic.fi/pages/privacy-policy
12. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disagreements amicably through discussion. If a dispute arises from this agreement that cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the matter will primarily be settled through the mediation procedure of the Finnish Bar Association.
Consumers also retain the right to bring disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or to the competent District Court (käräjäoikeus) in accordance with Finnish law.
